The coffee mill sounds like a great choice, i own a NEMOX grinder, spectacular, fast and clean but pricey as Fu#!. The kyocera always sounds like a great choice because of the affordabe price and precise grind.

Asking about the kyocera because i just got a ceramic knife, who is awesome but sometimes frightening sharp.
